Let tenants pay rent and report repairs without calling the office

Tenants see what they owe, report repairs and follow them to completion, and find their lease, all in one portal that shows each tenant only their own unit.

This is one way a property manager sets up its portal. Every page is a starting point: add, rename or drop pages with the AI page builder.

Most tenant calls are about rent and repairs

When is rent due, has my repair been booked, can you send my lease again. A portal answers all three, and repairs arrive with the details your team needs.

  • Today: Repairs reported by phone, with half the details missing

With a portal: Tenants report repairs in the portal, and each one arrives as a ticket for the right unit

  • Today: Tenants call to ask when the repair is happening

With a portal: Tenants follow each repair and see its status

  • Today: Rent statements and receipts sent on request

With a portal: Tenants see rent due and paid, and pay online

  • Today: Leases and building rules emailed again and again

With a portal: Each tenant's documents in their own folder

The pages in this example

Each page shows information from one of your Zoho apps, filtered to that client.

Rent

From Zoho Books

Rent invoices and payments from Zoho Books. Tenants see what's due and what's paid, pay online and download statements.

Repairs

From Zoho Desk

Tenants report a repair and follow it until it's done. Each request arrives in Zoho Desk linked to the tenant and their unit, and the reply goes back to the portal.

Documents

From Zoho WorkDrive

Leases, inventories and building rules, shared with each tenant from their own folder.

My details

From Zoho CRM

Tenants keep their contact details and emergency contacts up to date, and the changes land in Zoho CRM.

How setup works

Our team works through each step with you, and keeps helping afterwards. Included on every plan.

  1. Connect Zoho

Connect Zoho CRM, Books, Desk and WorkDrive, and choose what tenants should see about their unit.

  2. Build the pages

Describe a rent page, a repairs page and a documents page to the AI page builder, then preview them as a tenant.

  3. Invite your tenants

Invite tenants building by building. Each one sees only their own unit, rent and repairs.

Questions property managers ask

Can landlords or owners have their own view too?

Yes. Create a separate profile for owners with the pages they need, such as statements, while tenants keep their own view.

What about flatmates on the same lease?

Each person gets their own login. If access is based on the unit's account, everyone on that lease sees the same rent and repairs.

Do repairs have to go through Zoho Desk?

Repairs in the portal are Zoho Desk tickets, so your team manages them in Desk as usual.
