A branded website your clients sign in to, with its own pages, domain and look. Most businesses need one; a second suits another brand or a portal for partners.
Extra portal: $100/mo
Each app SecureSync keeps in sync, such as Zoho CRM or Zoho Books. Embedded apps such as Zoho Forms don't count.

Each person who can sign in to your portals, such as a client or one of their colleagues. Counted across all your portals.
Extra 500 users: $50/mo
Each record synced from your apps counts once: a contact, account, deal, invoice, sales order or ticket. Line items, files and ticket replies don't count.

The AI client assistant is included on Professional and Enterprise and costs $100/month on Standard. SSO/SAML is included on Enterprise and costs $100/month on Standard and Professional. Extra portals, apps, users and records are add-ons you can turn on as you grow.

You get 7 days free, with no credit card needed. Connect your apps, build a portal and invite your first clients. Reports, Backups and Canvas Studio are switched on from day one; during the trial, Canvas Studio is limited to one canvas. Want to try the AI client assistant too? Just ask us to switch it on.
Your account is paused until you choose a plan, and nothing is charged automatically. Everything you set up, including your connections, portals, pages and reports, is kept for 3 months, so you can pick up where you left off. Need a little longer to decide? Ask us and we can extend your trial.
Not at the moment. Each add-on runs on a SecureSync plan, so you'll need one of the plans to use it. For a limited time, Reports, Canvas Studio and Backups are included on every plan at no extra cost.
Each record SecureSync syncs from your apps counts once, such as a CRM contact, account or deal, an invoice, a sales order or a ticket. Line items, files and ticket replies don't count separately.
Standard includes 500 portal users, Professional 5,000 and Enterprise 10,000 and up. Each extra 500 users is $50/month.
